Shared boundary fences
When a fence sits on the boundary, both owners usually share the cost. We quote the job once, split the shared items between the two properties, and send each owner their own quote.
The split starts at 50/50 and changes to suit the job. A gate on your side, or taller panels you asked for, stay with you.
Cost sharing between neighbours is set by state fencing law and can differ by job. We check what applies before quoting.
Pool fences and certification
Pool barriers have strict rules on height, gaps, gate hardware and climbable objects. We build them to the pool barrier standard and finish the job ready for your registered certifier to inspect.
The certificate itself comes from the certifier. If the inspection finds an issue with our work, we fix it.

Before you commit to a wall
Taller walls, and walls near boundaries, buildings or pools, can need engineering and a permit. We tell you what applies before you pay a deposit, and drainage is always part of the price.

Balustrades have minimum heights, maximum gaps and load requirements. We design every run to those requirements and confirm the details with you before we order glass.
